Having heard about roll ice cream loads on Instagram and Youtube food vlogs, I'd wanted to try it for a long time. Finally got the chance to try it in Ljubljana, after being handed a leaflet advertising a place called "Ice Wave". This place is really cool as you get to mix and match which exact flavours you want in your ice cream. This time, I went for strawberry and milky way bar, with a topping of melted white chocolate. Went really well together and was perfect in the hot Ljubljana weather. It was also really fun watching them make the ice cream rolls on the flat irons.
