So, last night I was having some major BBQ and smokehouse cravings, so decided to visit Binn Smokehouse, in the small market town of Buckingham. Due to being super hungry, I went for the 4 hour 1/2 chicken with burnt corn, which came with fries, smoked beans and pickles! Everything was cooked perfectly and really hit the spot!
I was originally in two minds about whether or not to get dessert, due to how filling the platter was (platters here are absolutely massive), but I honestly couldn't resist the sticky toffee pudding. Can definitely say I made the right choice in going for it-sticky toffee pudding's always been my favourite dessert, and the ones here, most certainly do not disappoint!
