Time for Thai
Thai food seems to be becoming increasingly popular here in the UK, and Thai Cassia in Worksop definitely doesn't disappoint. While their menu seems comparatively small, what they serve, they do well. From popular choices such as red curry (which I went for this time) and pad thai, to more unfamiliar choices such as pad med (stir fried chicken with cashew nuts and vegetables) and tom yum po tek (sweet and sour mixed seafood soup).
Here we have the chicken Dry Jungle Curry, which is a curry made from chicken, green beans, green peppers, corn, wild ginger, sweet basil, and chilli. Beef and prawn options are also available to order. The curries here are usually quite mild, although if, like me, you like your food a bit spicier, you can request to have extra chilli added.
