When I went to Liverpool, I really wanted to check out "Pho" on Bond Street. As per its name, it specialises in pho, Vietnamese noodle soup. I went for the Pho gha, or chicken pho, which was delicious. You're given plenty of sriracha on the table, alongside lots of herbs and veggies with the soup, to add to your taste. I ended up adding quite a bit of sriracha, as I like my food spicy! Absolutely loved it and emptied the bowl! Honestly can't wait to come again and try more from the menu! Would quite like to try the Vietnamese coffee next time I go-they filter it at the table and serve it with condensed milk, which sounds like it'd be really tasty!
